Gloria Uchefuna (Rev.) - President/Executive Director
Rev. Gloria Obioma Uchefuna received an in-depth preparation for her present career as a missionary from her studies at Elim Bible Institute Lima, New York and Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia USA (1996-2000) where she obtained Master of Arts in Divinity with emphasis in Practical Theology and Leadership Development.
Gloria is the founder/president of Health and Life International (Nigeria) and currently serves as Honorary Executive Director, Health and Life International (HEALIN) USA. Through HEALIN, she relentlessly carries out community-based Health awareness/education and outreaches in remote villages and sub-urban areas of Nigeria and beyond.
As an outstanding philanthropist, a dynamic and inspiring international speaker and communicator who is widely travelled, Gloria is driven by excellence in leadership and healthy living as she envisions a world where every individual has access to information and services that make for healthy living.
Prior to her educational advancement in USA, Gloria and her husband Isaac, have served in many leadership capacities, trained many great leaders of big organizations, pioneered and pastured churches. They are blessed with two sons – Chijindu (27) and Victory (19).
Rev. Isaac Chinwuba Uchefuna - Chairman
 He currently serves as the chairman Board of Directors Health and Life International (HEALIN) USA. He is the founder and President of Embracing the Nations Ministries both in USA and Nigeria.
As a great Leadership instructor and teacher, Isaac has founded and led many organizations including Co-founding Living Word Ministries and pastoring Word Fellowship Christian Centre, Aba in the East of Nigeria (1985-1991).
Isaac and his wife Gloria are blessed with two sons - Chijindu (27) and Victory (19).
After his studies on Missions and Pastoral Studies at Elim Bible Institute, he also attended and graduated from Regent University Virginia Beach, Virginia USA where he obtained a Master of Arts in Divinity with emphases in Missiology (1996-2000).
Rev Isaac is a carrier missionary that has carried out much of his work in isolated and remote areas - bringing about positive changes to the poor and marginalized communities.

Rev. Evang. Eric Shu
Rev. Eric Shu is an ordained Missionary Evangelist and Social Development Specialist with over 15 years of fruitful Cross Cultural Ministry and Missions Experience.
He has been actively engaged in the Student Ministry in Nigeria as President of the Student Christian Movement (SCM) of Nigeria, University of Calabar – [an affiliate of the World Student Christian Federation], from where he proceeded to serve as the National Travelling Secretary, National Field Evangelist and National Outreach Coordinator in the Movement.
He has served as Ministry Administrative Staff of Goodcheer Partners, Calabar under the anointed leadership of Evangelist Dr. Emma Isong, and later as a Pastor with Rock Family Church, Enugu under the fatherly leadership of Rev. Dr. Obi Onubogu.
He has been involved in Strategic Corporate Leadership Development for over a decade, founding the Rick & Cilla Institute for Strategic Leadership Advancement (RISLA), a frontline leadership training centre committed to building men and women for leading vision-driven ministries, equipping them to exert spiritual influence and fulfil divine purposes within the context of their respective callings. Evangelist Eric is also a well known author on leadership.
He is the President of Rhema Harvest International, a Cross Cultural African Missions and Social Development Agency on which platform he also founded Rhema Care Partners International, a faith-based non-governmental development organisation committed to working with the poor and vulnerable to improve on their quality of life and contribute to global efforts of increased access to the highest attainable standards of healthcare, education, food security and safe environment.
He is currently working with ActionAid Nigeria, an international non-governmental development agency committed to fighting poverty and promoting the rights of the poor and excluded in over 40 countries worldwide.
Rev. Eric Shu is a Cameroonian, and a graduate of Biochemistry from the College of Medical Sciences, University of Calabar, Nigeria. He is married to Pastor Mrs Cilla SHU, and they are both blessed with two great children, Princess and MacDavid.
Rev. Eric is an experienced organisational development consultant, a gifted church administrator, a versatile speaker in conferences, evangelistic crusades, camp meetings and youth conventions, and is a proficient resource person for leadership training seminars within ministry and corporate settings.
